Annadanam or the scared tradition of offering food is the most pious offerings that one can, in any temple or anywhere. This is a tradition followed is most of the temples in Kerala and Kadampuzha Temple is one of the pioneers. Every day, without holidays, excellent food is being served to all that is present there and on special or festival days, almost tens of thousands satiate their hunger, physically and spiritually, at Kadampuzha.

Annadanam is one offering that does not have any lower or upper limits or a fixed rate. Considered as the Maha Danam, or the great offering, Annadanam is an ongoing project at Kadampuzha.
